    The J-1 Work & Travel program allows employers to access a seasonal, international workforce while maintaining full program compliance. Medtech Migration operates the program end-to-end, including recruitment, job matching, onboarding, compliance monitoring, and ongoing sponsor coordination.
    This ensures employers receive workforce support without managing visa rules, documentation, or sponsor communication.

    Yes — when structured correctly. Medtech Migration works exclusively with CPT-eligible academic programs and manages job alignment, work authorization verification, and schedule compliance.
    Employers do not interact directly with schools or manage immigration documentation. We ensure the role is properly aligned with the student’s curriculum and that all employment remains compliant throughout the assignment.

    The EB-3 Skilled program allows employers to sponsor qualified international workers for permanent, full-time positions in roles that require experience or technical skill.
    Medtech Migration supports the employer by structuring the workforce strategy, preparing the operational framework, and coordinating with authorized sponsors and legal partners. This allows employers to build a stable, long-term workforce without navigating the complexity of the immigration process internally.

    First of all, your company will be required to provide crucial documents in order to be evaluated and approved to receive trainees. Your company is not the sponsor company, it is the employer. All the process needs to be approved by the US Sponsor company. The Sponsor company will verify the documents and make a vetting call, in order to validate the program.

    The trainee/intern will be interviewed and approved to be part of the program. After that it should take from 2-3 months until their arrival. The program can take from 6 to 18 months.

    Medtech Migration supports employers with fast, compliant workforce solutions through programs designed for immediate or short-term hiring needs. For urgent staffing demands, we typically work with J-1 Work & Travel, ideal for seasonal and peak-demand roles, with defined program timelines and predictable onboarding cycles; and

    • F-1 CPT, which allows eligible international students enrolled in authorized academic programs to work legally while studying. Because both programs rely on pre-authorized work eligibility, onboarding can occur significantly faster than traditional employment-based visas. Medtech Migration manages recruitment, eligibility screening, job matching, onboarding, and ongoing compliance — allowing employers to focus on operations while we handle the program structure.

    F-1 CPT students supported by Medtech Migration are enrolled in authorized hybrid academic programs specifically designed for working professionals. These programs generally require: 
    One online academic session per week, and
    One in-person weekend session per academic term.

    This flexible academic structure allows students to maintain
    full-time, employer-driven work schedules, including extended daily shifts and weekend availability, without conflicting with their academic obligations. Medtech Migration ensures proper job alignment with the academic curriculum, verifies CPT authorization, and monitors work schedules to maintain full program compliance throughout the employment period.
